Sung is the creator/founder of StrongRecruiter.com. 

He is also the President & CEO of Servane Cross, Inc., the parent company of StrongRecruiter.  While he recognizes that there are some good recruitment trainers out there, he came up with StrongRecruiter as a result of seeing some very ineffective and "fluffy" recruitment trainers, many who haven't run their own desks in years.  Sung works his own desk; always has, always will.  He has over 15 + years of corporate and third party recruiting background with emphasis on Healthcare, IT, Finance, and even Police Recruitment.


Sung is an expert on topics including Sourcing, Candidate Assessment, Behavioral Interviewing, Retention, Executive and Leadership Coaching, Sales and Business Development, Marketing, Internet Marketing, and Management Training.  Sung is also a coach and specializes in coaching Recruiters as well as Leadership Coaching for management and executives.  He has been featured on a number of websites, news programs, radio talk shows and magazines.  He also speaks at public speaking engagements. 


Throughout his career, Sung has held leadership roles with highly respected organizations including Coopers & Lybrand, Bigfoot Interactive, Port Authority of NY & NJ Police Department, The Bank of New York, Catholic Healthcare West and now with StrongRecruiter.com (and Servane Cross, Inc).  He's also had notable clients such as Microsoft, LG Electronics, Prudential, and NASDAQ.  His ability to make sound decisions, emphasize client-focused service and introduce innovative recruiting programs has been recognized by his colleagues in the industry.  


Sung holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the City College of New York and is completing his MS in Organizational Leadership from National University.  He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), National Association of Healthcare Recruiters (NAHCR) and the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA).  Sung has also earned distinction through specialized certification as an AIRS Certified Diversity Recruiter, Certified Internet Recruiter, and Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter along with his HRPD certification in Human Resources.
